Hatherley flags her return to TVC directing.

With an extraordinarily successful advertising career as creative director at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne before she started directing commercials, Sarah eventually left the industry to focus on her longform screenwriting and directing. At the recent “Can You See Me?” workshop in Sydney, Sarah flagged her return to directing TVCs.

Her rare but valuable skill set – having worked on over 100 TVCs before she even started directing, combined with award winning cinematic shorts and longform experience – make Sarah a highly appealing director for the right project. Always getting to the emotional truth, through bone dry humour or powerful affecting cinematic storytelling.
